Believe dreams

I had a dream that all this was going to happen and I didn't listen.  I made myself believe that I was being silly, that I was fine.  I should have listened.  He was watching me.  Did he creep into my house often?  How long had he been there lingering over my bed?  How long had this been planned?  What about me made him think I was weak?  Will I always look like a nice target?...
